The members of the Board of Emporis are strategically helping the Management to fulfill its mission and are proven experts in a variety of business fields.

	Paul Jozefak Paul is a board member of Emporis and started with Neuhaus Partners in 2006 as a managing partner. He joined the fund from SAP AG, where he managed SAP's Corporate Venture fund in Europe from 2000 onwards. Paul was named to head of SAP Ventures Europe in 2001 and successfully participated in 17 investments as well as four fund-in-fund investments during this time. From 1998 to 2000, Paul led the European business development initiative of Davis Polk & Wardwell, a leading global law firm. Previously, he worked at Andersen Consulting where he focused on the software, telecommunications and public utilities sectors. Prior to Andersen, he helped to grow an early stage business in real estate financing and consulting with offices in Lübeck, Berlin, and Dresden, Germany. Paul is both a U.S. and Slovak national.
	Malcolm Schauf Malcolm is a board member of Emporis since 2004 and has started his own consultancy in 1997 where he still works as a Management Consultant and Executive Trainer. Before he acted in various industries as Managing Director, Project Manager and Lecturer. He supervised projects for big concerns and medium-sized enterprises either. Malcolm studied Business Administration, Sociology and Physics at the University of Bielefeld as well as Economic Education at the University of Paderborn. He holds two postgraduate diplomas and a PhD. He is Professor for Business Administration, especially Strategic Management, at the private University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management (FOM) in Essen/Germany. His research interests are primarily specialising in innovative work and organization methods e.g. telecommuting and virtual enterprises. In this field he published different reference books and essays. He’s an active member of several advisory committees and associations.
	Soeren von Varchmin Soeren is chairman of the Emporis Board and VP SaaS & Service Providers International at Parallels (formerly known as SWsoft). In this role, he is building a rapidly growing ecosystem around Parallels's SaaS platform and products for global delivery of a wide range of services over the web. His areas of responsibility also include the integration of acquired companies in the System and Billing Automation software space as well as the International Service Providers business unit. Previously, as Director of Sales & Marketing at Yippi-Yeah! E-Business, Soeren led the rapid growth of the Confixx brand for web servers, attaining market leadership in Europe in just 2 years. The company was later acquired by Parallels in 2003.
